Onboarding Paperwork:
Please select your state of residence.

Step 2

Client Required Forms:
Employees must sign the Non-MSP form.

Step 3

Individual Acknowledgement for UI Data Access:
Employee Signature Required.

Step 4

EI-9 Form:
Please select the location you are applying at and complete EI-9.

Step 5

Work-At-Home Employee Agreement:
Employee Signature Required.

Step 6

Work-At-Home Equipment and Connectivity:
Complete all required fields.

Step 7

Compliance Attestation:
Complete all required fields.

Step 8

Background Check:
Employee Screening and Bacground Check.

Step 9

i9 Identification Upload
Please upload your ID’s for EI-9.

Step 10
