Jennifer moved from Texas to Jacksonville, FL where her husband was deployed overseas for a second tour. She was hesitant at first to find a job, especially with COVID-19 making it even that more difficult to find work as many were not hiring.
“I was really struggling to find work,” Jennifer said. “Having kids only made it that much more harder. Then one day I saw the MCI add for hiring 1,000 work-from-home agents. The customer service position involved taking phone calls to help people file claims. I applied and within days I was hired. The training was fantastic, completely virtual and very interactive.
